2. INSTALLATION OF WORDPRESS;

Once you have order and paid for your hosting account, you will receive an email with the cpanel details.

You can now access your cpanel via https://yourdomain.com.ng/cpanel (replace \’yourdomain.com with your actual domain name). Once you logon to the cpanel with the login details (see the cpanel pictorial below).

On the cpanel navigate to softaculous Apps Installer and click on it as shown below.

Once you clicked on it, you should see landing page as shown below, click on Install WordPress

Next, fill the the required field, select https://www.yourdomainname.com use a strong password/username as shown below, scroll down and click on install.

Congratulations you have successfully installed your wordpress, you can access the site via https://yourdomain.com and access the dashboard via https://yourdomainname.com/wp-admin.

4. WRITE AND UPLOAD OF YOUR POST

How to Add a Blog Post in WordPress

1. Log into your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Go to Posts.
3. Select Add New.
4. Use the screen provided to create your post as desired.
5. Click Publish when you are done creating your post. The post will display on the blogging page of your website.
